By accessing or using Cum IN Dungeon ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to access any part of the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
To access interactive features (chat, tipping, games, VIP bookings), you must create an account and purchase a membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
Memberships are billed monthly via our payment processor (CCBill). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
VIP private show bookings are charged separately at the performer's stated rate. All prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated.
Performers must complete identity and age verification before going live. By applying as a performer, you confirm you are 18+, agree to the Performer Agreement, and grant the Platform a license to stream and display your live content to members. Performers retain ownership of their content.

All direct messages, photos, and videos between users require explicit acceptance by the recipient before delivery. Sending content to a user who has not accepted your request is a violation of these Terms and will result in account termination.
Tokens are an in-platform currency earned through games or purchased. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be refunded or withdrawn. Gifts purchased with tokens or real currency are non-refundable once sent.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to law enforcement at our sole discretion. Performers may moderate their own rooms (mute, block, remove participants).
The Platform's design, branding, code, and original content are owned by CumIN Dungeon. Performers retain ownership of their live content. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for user-generated content, performer actions, technical issues, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notification.
