CumIN Dungeon ("we", "us", "the Platform") is operated from Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it. We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

• Usage logs: retained for 90 days

6. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Access your personal information we hold
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing
• File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

7. Security

We protect your data with:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) on all pages
• Hashed passwords (never stored in plain text)
• Access controls limiting who can view sensitive data

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Analytics (Vercel) uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.

9. Age Restriction

This Platform is restricted to users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover a minor has created an account, it will be immediately terminated and all associated data deleted.

10. International Users

The Platform is operated from Canada. If you access it from another country, your data may be transferred to and processed in Canada. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
